SALES CONTRACT/GUARANTEE

*THIS GUARANTEE IS EFFECTIVE FOR ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF THE DOGS BIRTH.

2. The dog is guaranteed to be free of any hereditary or congenital disorders that may interfere with the dog being a good pet and companion. In the event that a hereditary or congenital disorder does develop that necessitates euthanasia, the dog will be replaced, provided the following conditions are carried out:

A. Seller must be notified within 24 hours of the diagnosis , preferably before euthanasia occurs.

B. Name and phone number of the vet must be provided to the seller. Please note that seller may request a second opinion from a vet of their choice. If so , seller will be responsible for this expense.

C. Euthanasia is done in the best interest of the dog. An autopsy may be requested, if so, the expense will be split equally between purchaser and seller.

3. If the dog should die of any other causes other then hereditary or congenital disorder , the purchaser will receive $150.00 credit towards the purchase of another dog from the sellers kennel. Specifically ______________________________________., provided the following conditions are met: A. A written verification from a licensed vet stating cause of death is provided to the seller. B. Seller is notified within 48 hours of the dogs death.. C. There is no evidence of abuse, neglect , or intentional fighting of the dog.

D. All vet records and/or an autopsy may be requested in the event of a questionable death.

Credit will apply for a period of one (1) year provided the kennel is still operating.

*******PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL REPLACEMENT PUPPIES WILL BE THE SELLERS CHOICE DEPENDING UPON AVAILABILITY OF THE SELLERS STOCK. REPLACEMENT DOGS MAY BE OF DIFFERENT COLOR, BLOODLINE, AND MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY.*******

PURCHASER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. Purchaser agrees to keep and assume all responsibility of ownership of the dog.

2. Purchaser agrees to provide a clean, safe environment with adequate housing and will raise the dog in a manner to encourage a positive image of the breed. Dog will not be subject to teasing , abuse, or neglect.

3. Purchaser will provide for the welfare of the dog by yearly vet check-ups , parasite prevention and vaccination program along with rabies and heartworm preventative as soon as possible.

4. Should become unsuitable as a family pet, seller should be notified before any transfer of ownership occurs.

5. DOG WILL NOT BE USED FOR UNLAWFUL FIGHTING PURPOSES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IF SELLER GAINS ANY KNOWLEDGE , AND THERE IS EVIDENCE OF SUCH USE, ALL RIGHTS OF OWNERSHIP OF THE DOG WILL BE FORFEITED IMMEDIATELY TO THE SELLER. NO REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS WILL BE DUE.

BOTH PARTIES FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED ABOVE. THIS GUARANTEE IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND ONLY EFFECTIVE FOR THE PERSONS SIGNED BELOW. IN THE EVENT OWNERSHIP OF DOG CHANGES -- GUARANTEE IS NON-TRANSFERABLE.

** GUARANTEE

Said female is guaranteed to have at least one (1) live puppy as a result of this breeding. If there is not at least one live puppy from this breeding, owner of female can bring same female back to __________________________ Kennel for a return breeding. If there is not at least one live puppy resulting from the 2^nd breeding the owner of the female then has the option to either substitute a different female to the same stud , if available, a different stud to same female. This contract is good for three attempts only.

** CONDITIONS

1. Stud service in the amount of ___________________________ will be paid before bitch is picked up by owner unless other arrangements have been made._____________________________________________

3. Should any vet charges be incurred by the bitch , owner will be responsible for payment.

5. Litter registration papers and stud s information will b signed after litter is born and all agreements have been fulfilled.

**** If any choice puppy/puppies have been agreed upon the owner of female agrees to make the ENTIRE litter available between 6-10 weeks of age for picks to be made. If only one puppy results from this breeding it will be the option of the females owner to consider this puppy choice puppy OR to pay a cash amount of $________________. In either case-- a repeat breeding will be given. If bitches ownership changes during her pregnancy-- this contract stays in effect.

6. _______________________________Kennel may substitute another stud if the said dog above is no longer available.

7. There will be no unnecessary treatment done to the female during any attempt to breed. Females safety will be considered first and foremost. Owner of stud does , however, have permission to seek medical treatment from any vet in a emergency situation.

8. Owner of female will be responsible for any medical charges incurred to persons from this dog if necessary.

9. If, due to females owners negligence after dog is returned to owner, an accidental breeding occurs  then __________________________________ is entitled  to __________________.
